Whether you’ve been trying to eliminate an unhealthy habit, like smoking, or establish a beneficial one chances are, this is not your first attempt.
You know what it’s like. You decide that it’s time to change.
So you set a goal, crank up your as much willpower as you can muster, and go for it. You use every ounce of energy to become even more disciplined; more focused and perhaps even say an affirmation or two.
And maybe you do change…. for a while.
Sooner or later, though, you fall back into those old patterns. That goal that you were once so motivated to achieve gets put on the back burner.
It’s like something is blocking you.
Logically, you know all the reasons why you should change and all of the benefits that will come from changing. But every time the same thing happens – you hit a wall and you just can’t get past it no matter how hard you try.
Then you are back at square one.
All that effort wasted. “I’ll just have to TRY HARDER next time” you think, blaming yourself for you failing to create that change and reach your goal.
You don’t understand.
Why does this keep happening to you? After all, you are intelligent, self aware and more than anything, you really, really want to change.
You’re not the only one.
In today’s society, most people have spent more time learning to use their mobile phone, than learning to use their own minds. Unfortunately, in order to change their life or grow as a human being, most people think that all they need to do is set goals and use their will power. But that’s only part of the solution.
There is a deeper, more powerful aspect of your mind
that stores belief systems, patterns and habits that affect your life. Most people refer to this as the subconscious mind. It is your auto-pilot. It runs your life for you and has been building habits for you perfectly since the day you were born.
You CAN take control.
The good news is that once you are able to align your subconscious beliefs and patterns with your goals then change becomes almost effortless. You already have within you all the resources you’ll ever need to create positive permanent change in your life. The only problem is, that you simply don’t know how to access them yet.
And that’s where I come in….

Then you’re in the right place!
You might be wondering if my approach will work for your particular situation. Although all of my clients are completely unique individuals, they usually have one thing in common...
...there is something that they really want to change about themselves. And they’ve tried everything they can to make that change happen, but they still can’t.
See if any of the following scenarios sound familiar to you:
You’ve tried will power, determination and effort.
You have more determination to change than most people and you certainly put in the effort to. Once you’ve decided that you want to change something, you summon your willpower, strengthen your resolve and do everything you can to make it happen.
Sooner or later though, the inevitable happens. The change that you were once so motivated to achieve never eventuates, and if it does, it’s rarely permanent.
Then you are right back where you started. The only difference is that now you’re also feeling defeated and thinking that you’ve let yourself down.
You do OK for a while but then you revert back to that old behavior.
When you first start out, you’re full of motivation and commitment to your goal. Making the change that you want to seems easy. It’s like you’re being carried along by your enthusiasm and you feel like nothing can stop you from achieving what you want.
Then….. It happens. That bump in the road that throws you off centre and you engage in that old habit or behaviour “just this once”. But then there are more bumps. And more. And before you know it, you’ve fallen back into those old patterns again.
You feel as though you are sabotaging your own efforts to make changes.
It’s not that you actually want to fail. In fact, you really want to succeed. But every time things are starting to go well, you do something that sabotages your success.
At the time, you may not even be conscious of that fact that you are sabotaging yourself. In fact, everything you do seems to make sense at the time. It’s only after the event that you become all too aware that you’ve shot yourself in the foot.
You’ve tried every latest “Secret” to success.
You’ve read all the books, attended personal development workshops and maybe even walked over hot coals at a weekend seminar. When you decide that you want to change something about yourself, you do all the “right” things. Maybe you say a hundred affirmations a day, create a “vision board”, try to think only positive thoughts or use any number of “Secrets” to make this change a reality.
But it doesn’t work. “What am I doing wrong?” you ask yourself as you are left feeling disheartened and disempowered.
No matter which of these situations you find yourself in,
I can help you.
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve had the particular issue, behavior or habit that you want to change.
What does matter is that:
You can take responsibility for your life
You are willing to ask for help as well as willing to help yourself
You want to change for yourself and not just to please someone else
Now, let's take a quick look at how your mind determines your behavior.
You probably already know that your mind has two major parts to it – your conscious mind and your subconscious mind.

When you use your willpower and effort, you are only using one part of your mind, your conscious mind. However, it is the subconscious mind that stores the belief systems, behavioral patterns and habits that affect your life.
And whenever there is a conflict between the conscious and the subconscious minds, the subconscious mind always wins. This means that no matter how strong your willpower is, no matter how hard you TRY to MAKE this change happen, you'll continue to fall back into past behavioral patterns.
My approach works directly with your subconscious mind. Using a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP and advanced coaching methods I help you to align your subconscious beliefs and patterns with your conscious goals. This means that you can achieve what you want to easily and effortlessly.
My unique approach works really consistently because it addresses the following aspects of change on a subconscious level:
1. Limiting Beliefs
Almost everyone has had experiences with limiting beliefs affecting their ability to achieve change. For example, if someone wants to quit smoking, but deep down they believe that they won't succeed then, more than likely, they won't.
It's not just a matter of choosing to believe something different. It's much more complicated than that. Beliefs are tied into how you identify yourself and your values. It's because of this that they ultimately affect how you behave. So, even if someone believes that they can quit smoking, but in doing so they'll start overeating and pack on the weight, then their mind has no choice but to create that behavior.
My approach gets to the core of your limiting beliefs as well as how you identify yourself with them. Then I help you to transform them into something that supports your goal. And once you do, you'll find that creating change is easier than you ever thought possible.
2. Self Sabotage
Most people have some element of self sabotage that prevents them from kicking a bad habit or creating a new positive one. No matter how motivated you are to change, there's a part of you that simply likes things the way that they are. And it's that part of you that manages to stop you from achieving your desired outcome.
You probably know someone who's decided that they want to start exercising more and have gone and joined a gym or purchased the latest fitness equipment. And how long do they keep it up? Some longer than others, but eventually, they just stop. What's happening is that some part of them starts to find reasons not to exercise procrastinates doing the exercise and ultimately convinces them to just give up.
Without properly dealing with issues of self sabotage, all your efforts to change are wasted. My approach focuses heavily on eliminating these issues so that you are completely congruent in the pursuit of your goal.
3. Extreme Self Care
Change is stressful. There's no doubt about it. Even when the change you're making will benefit your life, you will still experience stress to some degree. Stress is also one of the main reasons that people give up on their goal. It weakens their resolve and, before they know it, they're right back where they started.
Abandoning your goal not only wreaks havoc on your self esteem. It supports existing limiting beliefs and may even create new ones, making it even harder to succeed next time. The disempowerment that most people feel after an unsuccessful attempt at change may only seem fleeting at the time, but it sets you up for failure in the future. If you've ever tried to change and failed then this had definitely affected you.
Reducing stress and increasing self esteem are an inherent part of my approach. This is the most nurturing and supportive aspect of my work, as well as the part that I enjoy the most. How you feel about yourself and your ability to deal with stress are important factors that determine your success at creating change. Once these areas are of yourself are optimized, then change is much easier to achieve. Aside from that, this aspect of my approach will have benefits that flow into every area of your life.
The Bottom Line - Hypnosis Works
When you only deal with one or two of these aspects (even at a subconscious level) then, chances are, you'll end up falling short of your goal. Sure, you might be able to change for a little while but, eventually, you'll fall right back into those old behavior patterns that you're trying to overcome.
But when you bring all three together, then you can create the powerful, permanent change that you desire. Better yet, you'll have a soaring sense of self confidence and empowerment that will affect all other areas of your life.
